Yep, in our family it seems to be shoulder issues are on the rise. But I'm happy to say that mine is slowly resolving. I have been in physical therapy (PT) for about a month now. As some may know I joined an LJ group whose goal is to walk 1000 miles in a year about a year ago. Well, I think that a goal like that is best accomplished in California or some other place where the weather is not so volatile.
